Seth makes me smile. So does Kate. And Kevin. And many more people and things. But this little post is about Seth.
We've kind of gotten into the habit of watching something and having a snack before bedtime with him the past few weeks of summer. The snack is often ice cream. He asked the other night if he could have ice cream, and Kevin told him that the dishes needed to be washed first. A few moments later, you could hear a chair being dragged across the floor. Kevin took a couple pictures. :)
Seth is very eager to help "wash" dishes now in the evening. This makes me smile.
And he is REALLY into dancing right now. He loves to show off all of his best moves, and it's hilarious. He really likes to entertain other people now with his dance moves. His dancing makes me smile...and laugh. :)
He also has been randomly singing while we're out and about. In the grocery store the other day, he was singing "Oh Happy Day." I was just smiling and chuckling because he was so adorable. And we were on a walk yesterday, and he started singing "Jesus Loves Me" and "The B-I-B-L-E." His singing makes me smile.
Seth, my favorite boy and my little buddy, you make me smile!

That is excellent! Keep bribing the kid with ice cream and pretty soon you'll have a fantastic dish washer (not to mention the fact that you may avoid him becoming like Ben Jackson).
