We hung out with the Welsh kids tonight. Their father is the director of the school and currently in Turkey for an administrator's conference. We ate yummy tacos and real Tostitos brand chips! Tait (the oldest and in 6th grade, who, by the way, I had in 1st grade when I student taught here!) made her famous homemade brownies. Yum! We also stayed up and watched "Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark." They had fun playing with and entertaining Seth.
I did spend a little bit of time at school this afternoon. Everyone was anxious to see Seth, but I have to say that I had many people say they missed me, too. That's a first since Seth's been born! It's all about him now. :)
There is a garage sale this weekend for a family moving back to the States. I might see what they have. The one thing I really wanted (a waffle iron) is already spoken for. (I was told it was you, Pam!) Lots of people are moving back and selling things in the next month or two. Hope I can find a few good deals for some things we need.
In the meantime, the weather has been nice, and I am enjoying that. There are only 3 days of school this week because of May Day I believe. A 4 day weekend next week will be nice! Have a great weekend everyone!
