három

three

I have been out of the house three times this week, yes, three! I think that is a record since Seth was born.

Pam let me borrow their car on Monday to go to the grocery store.

I went to the movies on Tuesday night with Pam, Melissa, and their missionary friend from Croatia, who by the way is here in Hungary to deliver her baby at Telki! I have gone grocery shopping twice without Seth, but those have all been quick trips. Going to the movies was the first time I was gone for a significant chunk of time, and Kevin was all by himself with Seth. They both survived without me!

Becky called me on Wednesday and asked if I wanted to run to Tesco (the big British grocery store) with her. I had already gone shopping on Monday but was more than glad to get out again. I always enjoy spending time with her. It was nice to just browse and not have so much to get or do in such a short amount of time. I let her kids Miriam and Zach tag along with me so that Becky could get her shopping done easier without them. Shopping with two kids and a baby is an adventure! Glad I have time to learn with one first. :)

I am anxious for the weather to get warmer so that I can be out on long walks. Alas, tomorrow is only the start of February, so we will most likely have many, many more weeks of cold weather. At least our weather has been hovering for a long time around the freezing mark or even a little higher! My dad called to inform me that it dropped 53 degrees in Chicago in one day there. Brrrr...
