basketball is done

Kevin was in Salzburg this weekend for one final basketball tournament before the season finally ended. It was a long four months, but now he's done. And side note, they won the championship there, too. Happy hubby. :)

The Lord is always good to provide what I need. Audrey spent the night and kept me company. We stayed up way too late talking, but in our defense, we haven't gotten to see each other much. It was much needed and totally fun. :) She is so good with my kids, and Seth loves his "Uncle Audrey." Kim was so good to check in on me, too, and Nusi stopped by for a surprise visit on Friday night!

No school yesterday due to a national holiday. (I blogged briefly about it last year. And like anything else, you can read about it on Wikipedia as well. :)) It was so nice to have Kevin home. Basketball done. Grad classes done for a week. We did nothing but hang out at home all day. I baked some cookies, he made pizza for dinner. Nice trade off. Back to school for two weeks and then spring break. Warmer weather is expected, and I hope so because I cannot wait to get out and go for a walk. Like I have mentioned only a dozen times or so, it's been a LONG winter.

And a few pics of the kids from the last few days... Seth is SO good to his little sister. His new thing is to get all of his blankets and pillows and want me to cover the two of them up. Kate doesn't mind. She loves when Seth plays with her. They are precious together.
